Tower Inspections

Project Group 2000 provides superior tower inspections and having performed over 500 of them, we have the process and details down perfectly. Our inspections meet and EXCEED the ANSI - TIA - EIA -222 - F National Standards and our forms are years of fine tuning and compiled in an Excel workbook - per site and searchable for your future reference.

These inspections include:

	Laser Inclinometers for antenna and tower height accuracy to .001 of an inch.
	Ultra Sound for hollow members. This provides an inside look at the possibility of rust developing.
	Strand Tension meters allow us to accurately check for proper guy wire tension.
	Transits allow us to check for proper Plumb and Twist of the tower.
	Section Inspection allows us to check every section for proper bolt torque, proper tower assembly, climb system, cable ladder, booms, lighting system, anchor points, etc.
	Tower Loading allows us to detail every piece of hardware on the tower, actual heights, equipment serial numbers and part numbers.
	AutoCAD drawing of tower and sections, torque arms, flanges, compound, shelters and equipment.
	Additional inspections included: Earth Ground system check, lighting system operation, paint color match, anchor points, Lightening Protection and Electrical system, HVAC, alarm system, proper signage for OET65 compliance, FCC registration number compliance, access conditions and many other details usually missed by our competitors.
	Digital Pictures of each aspect of your tower site.

These are just a few of the inspection details that we provide. When we are completed with your site, you will have details on every piece of steel and all equipment. Present this booklet to a certified PE and they will be able to determine proper loading of your structure. In fact, we guarantee to get it right or we return to the site at no cost to you!
